Several years ago, I begin dabbling in graphic design and photography. I discovered it was incredibly freeing to let my creativity be loosed with a camera. Years later, I went to school for graphic design in England, then later to Amsterdam for a documentary photography school. After my time in Europe I came home and began my journey into the world of wedding photojournalism. Now, years later, I have still found there's nothing like telling the story of a wedding day. Its such an incredibly precious moment in time, and I always count it my complete honor and joy to be found along side you, your family, and friends during the most important day of your life.

Why do I prefer a photojournalistic style over traditional wedding photography? Photojournalistic images are all about capturing the true essence of the day; a story told with pictures. While we still make sure all the formal shots are covered, the overall focus is more on the candid, real moments that count the most.
